Dublin Agile Seminar in the Quinn School Belfield

The first Dublin Agile Seminar for 2005

The first Dublin Agile Seminar for 2005 took place on Wednesday March 30th and was held in the Quinn School Belfield. Attracting over 60 participants from the Irish "Agile Development" community the event hosted by CITO (Centre for Innovation, Technology & Organisation) and chaired by Allen Higgins was coordinated by Exoftware. The seminar featured the presentation of two case studies from global investment bank, BNP Paribas and Irish SME, 3Q Solutions, and provided a setting for managers and developers to gather, share experiences and review the latest developments in software development practice.

Evolving from the XP SIG (Special Interest Group) the seminar series is focused on maintaining and growing the ICT Development industry based in Ireland through the use of innovative IT development and management practices including Extreme Programming and Dynamic Systems Development Methodology.
