CITO PhD candidate Sinéad Murnane granted Fulbright-CRH Award in Business Studies

Sinéad Murnane, a PhD candidate at the Smurfit School, has been granted the Fulbright-CRH Award in Business Studies for 2010/11. She will use the Award to take up a 6-month research fellowship position at the Institute for Healthcare Delivery Research at Intermountain Healthcare in Salt Lake City, Utah in order to conduct her doctoral fieldwork. Sinéad is a member of the Centre for Innovation, Technology & Organisation (CITO) research group. Her research is concerned with understanding the manner in which clinical practices may come to be reconfigured around the introduction of new information technologies and the associated social and organisational implications of such changes for the delivery of healthcare services.
