The School of Philosophy, University College Dublin, will host a conference to honour Alasdair MacIntyre on his 80th birthday

Alasdair MacIntyre will deliver an autobiographical paper entitled On having survived the moral philosophies of the twentieth century

Conference Theme:

What happened in and to moral philosophy in the twentieth century?

Speakers: Raymond Geuss, Richard Kearney, Elijah Milgram, Stephen Mulhall, Jonathan Rée

The International Society for MacIntyrean Enquiry will host a follow-on conference at the same location on 9 March.
