The Irish Pharmaceutical Union delivers web based product recall notice service to Irish Pharmacies
Unfortunately counterfeit medicines are featuring more regularly in product recall notices in recent times. When counterfeit batches are detected all product units with the documented characteristics present in the human pharmaceutical supply chain must be removed for forensic analysis or destruction as a matter of urgency.
