The venue for IAM 2008 is Dublin City University (www.dcu.ie), Ireland’s youngest university, situated on an 85 acre campus 5kms north of the River Liffey in the city centre and just 7kms from Dublin airport. For international colleagues, Dublin is directly linked by air to most European and a number of North American cities, and via London to other locations.
The conference will begin with a welcome reception on the evening of 3rd September, to be followed by the invited speakers and thematic sessions on Thursday 4th and the morning of Friday 5th. The conference is scheduled to coincide with the British Academy of Management’s conference to be held on 9th–11th September.
The conference dinner will be held at the medieval Clontarf Castle on the evening of Thursday 4th September. The castle is just 3kms from the city centre and 8kms from Dublin International Airport.
In keeping with recent years, DCU Business School will host the IAM’s Doctoral Colloquium on Wednesday 3rd September. We look forward to welcoming new scholars pursuing post-graduate research and promise a stimulating session.
